Dear Room,

I spent the day today watching the Inauguration of our new president Barack Obama.  I had the same excited feeling of hope and excitement I had when John F. Kennedy was elected.  I am looking forward to the coming years and hoping that many things can be accomplished that need to happen.  I personally feel this is going to be an exciting three years and I think hope will grow as everyone moves forward, maybe in ways we don't expect or as fast as we would like, but still seeing change is a good thing and I am looking forward to it all.  For too long we have been left out of the plans of the President and it is good to have the words said with plans to include us after all of these years.  I will get off my soapbox, but I do feel this is going to be an exciting and interesting time for us all.  I found it amazing that will all of the people who were in Washington D.C. today crammed together in a crowd of 1,400,000 there were no problems.  I think that is a wonderful thing.

Love in Light and Peace,
Winds of Change
