Dear Dawning Star,
I believe in natural remedies, as about 4 yrs ago, I was poisoned by some medication, which almost cost me my life.

Since then I have turned to natural things to help promote healing within my body.I curently am taking corral calcium, and mangosteen fruit juice.I take 4 tabs of calcium, an 2 oz 2x per day of the juice.

My health has improved greatly ,the BP is in control now and the other aches and pains stay away as long as I drink the juice.

I was wondering what vitamins you would recommend to keep ourselves functioning at a healthy level.

My upline has recomended, to take a good multi-Vitamin with what I am taking, just wanted to know what your opinion was here.

Thanks

LibbyE

Dear LibbyE:
Taking the right vitamins can be a bit tricky .. first of all.. all vitamins are not created equal .. and personally I would not use a vitamin , but a whole food supplement. Let me explain why . The viamins you find at the local supermarket or drug store are loaded with chemicals they  are synthetic in nature not natural. They have been made by man and the very essesnce of the purpose of taking the vitamin is lost in the processing the product. On the other hand whole food supplements are made from food sources using the whole foods ,usually using a freeze dried process, thus retaining more of the  food value in the supplement. Over the counter vitamins made by the standard process of producing synthetic vitamins are useless to the human body as it cannot utilize them in that form. The body cannot process what little value they have in that form .. so you are in essense flushing them down the drain along with your money. There are many good whole food supplements available .. do an online search or go to a good health food store and ask or take a look around. I also like to take a good green food supplement daily as most of those have all the vitamins and minerals the body needs in addition to a  well balanced diet of vegetables, fruits and some good meats along with whole grains and cereals..and a few good fats like real butter and olive oil. I hope this helps answer your question..
Remember this is for educational purposes only .. until next time
