Combine Jell-O Pudding, Jell-O Gelatin, and water in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil and thickens.Remove from heat and chill, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare whipped topping according to package directions, or use Cool Whip.
Thoroughly blend the topping into the chilled mixture. Can pour mixture into a cooled baked 9 inch pastry shell, or spoon into individual dessert dishes, or mold.
Note: this is creamy and smooth. Some cooked rice and raisins added would make a nice rice pudding type treat. "Really Good!"
