Wondering if anyone is as anxious as I am for warm weather so we can sit on the porch and enjoy the spring breeze.  I miss sitting and enjoying everyones company on the porch.   Remember I get the rocker lol.  I will bring drinks if someone will bring the sweets

Yes, yes, yes!  I am ready for warmer weather.  Today it was in the 50s and they predicted rain and snow.  I have never in my life seen it snow when the temps are in the 50s.  I guess if it does it will be an experience huh? lol  I will take a diet coke please sis with lots of ice.. lol  I have a big plate of assorted chocolate treats, so dig in.  I am looking forward to warm nights sitting on the porch and talking as the crickets serenade us.  Can't wait for the group to show up again on the porch to talk.

Love ya all,
Winds

ok, I have finally found out that it only takes 8 years for one's body to get ready/used to/ and react to it's new environment.

It has been raining for 6 weeks in Glendale, AZ.  The humidity is at 50-70%, definately enough for my body to now say OW OW OW!!!

Yet, today the high was 89deg., and the humidity did go down, so it is finally feeling better.

Yesterday, my brother called to tell me that it looks like he has M. S.,  like me.  It has been an ongoing prayer that neither he or my sister get the gene gifts I got, MS and Diabetes.  However that prayer has failed.

so, life goes on, tragedies happen, and still we live, laugh, and try to do the best we still can

so have a wonderful summer everyone

love from

marilou

Hi Wolf and Everyone, Yep, reckon tis time to put the snow shovels away and rev up the ole lawnmowers and get our flowers growing.  Last Sunday my little neck of the woods had a heat wave of 67* and the windows were flung open and boy! was I hot!! LOL... this week we had snow but it didn't last long. Our temps are down into the 20's at night. Had a little sleet, then snow and the winds blew but it melted before the snow hit the ground this evening.
Everyone seems to be in a wintery sleepy mode... LOL. Just like the flowers, we stretch and yawn before we let our sleepy heads poke out into the world.
Hubby had a boring winter and we planted a 'potato' indoors in a flower pot. It has grown some 20 some feet (this way and that way and is now propped up..) looking for sunlight. That wasn't quite enough, so he stuck in a garlic that grew then bent toward my water fountain, hung just a thread away from it, then made a small loop and then grew toward the potting soil... I won't even begin to tell you about the bean sprouts he soaked...yuk!...yep! every living thing is wanting the warmth of spring... LOL.
Love and light, Real
