Hi Winds and All, The grass is green and growing..LOL. Some flowers have bloomed but still, I wait for those planted late from seeds... not sure they will grow and bloom fast enough as I am a little anxious..LOL. We planted some veggies and "tomatoes" which seem to take for ever...LOL. "sigh". Love to all, my prayers and thoughts are toward all. Inner peace, Real |

Hi Real, Good to see you on the frontporch. I thought everyone was gone. lol I know what you mean about tomatos..lol we have two plants we put at the side of the house and they are growing, but I am anxious for them to bloom and grow and get ripe..lol I guess thats one of those summer things. Everything is laid back and does its thing in its own time, except us who are waiting for the beauty of the flowers that have not come up yet and the tomatos that are a long time coming..lol I guess I will put my feet up and sit here for awhile just enjoying the sunshine and the warm weather. Our roses are blooming but since I am not too experienced with really taking care of alot of roses, I am kind of lost right now. lol Also I am still getting used to the growing climate here which is sure different than Illinois was. lol Excuse me while I nap abit. That sun is sure warm and nice. Love ya, Winds |

Hi Real and everyone, Wow, I went out to water plants last night and found blossoms on our tomato plants. We only have two so I sure hope nothing happens to them..lol Anyway the plants are growing beautifully and I am anxiously waiting for my first tomato sandwich!! Our blue roses have bloomed, but something is attacking them and the other rose bush we got at the same time, so maybe whatever it is came with them. I sure hope it ends soon so I can try to get some pics of the blue roses. They are beautiful and smell so nice. We have all colors of roses blooming now and they look so pretty. I am happy now that flowers are gracing the yard again. We have one lonely tiny cedar tree that was growing between the roots of one of the magnolia trees still fighting to grow, so will see what happens about that...they sing so beautifully in the wind, so would love to have that one to listen to in the winds. Have a good night everyone, I am going in for the night, so enjoy the air and the swing. Love, Gloria |
