Yoohoo where are you all hiding?  Are you hiding at the pool or the beach?  Are you hiding in the air conditioning?  Tell us a little about your summer and whatever else you would like to share.  Help us get the boards going and fill them up with messages about how we see things from our perspective.

I have been hiding in books and watching lots of movies on tv. lol  Oh and playing the Sims 2, my way of inventing characters who reflect my feelings at the time. lol  It was too hot to enjoy being outside alot of this summer, so I watered everything in the evenings and stayed in most of the day.  Lately I feel myself waking from my summer snooze and feeling a bit better.  I hope it continues to spiral upward.

Come on.. shake the sand off your sandals and sit by the fan or air conditioner or an open window and jot down your experiences this summer.

Love in Light and Peace,
Winds of Change

Hi Real,

Good to hear from you.  haha It is funny you mentioned us getting lost and the map book was in the trunk..lol  I found it the other day in the trunk (forgot to take it out) and our car had a mouse take up residence in the car and it has chewed the map atlas to pieces.  We keep putting mouse bait in the car, but we still have mice. lol  That's the fun part of living in the country. lol  I am happy to hear the girls are doing good.  I too think of the old gang alot.   I sure miss hearing from everyone here.  Maybe we can all get together on here soon again.

Hi Janna,
We have that rain and chill here too.  Right now I can hardly see the trees along the river, because of the rain and fog.  There is something about days like this though.  It's good day to read and just laze around.  I have been getting better, but have had a little setback recently.  I am fighting it, but have spent alot of time sleeping.  I am just taking one day at a time now and hoping that soon things will brighten up.  Thanks for thinking of me.

Hi, Winds of Change:
If you had a cat      or 2      ,  the mice would probably stay away from your car.  lol

Love and peace,

Hi Janna,

Yes a cat would be nice.. but where we live the landlords don't allow cats or dogs.. they don't want them mixing with theirs.  We have a bird but she is afraid of everything in nature, so she is no help..lol  My husband wants a cat so badly, but we would have to move to have one..lol

Hello Everyone,
It's been forever since I've written here. I've missed you all and have thought about you many times over what seems to be years. I hope you are all now feeling well and have had a blessed Christmas.

I can't begin to tell you where I have been hiding...it's just been a very quiet time for me as far as conversing with my friends. Our family has experienced some medical illnesses; depression; financial difficulties and more. It's just been a time of not knowing what to say, nothing would come to mind. I still feel as though I am struggling for words.

I am sorry to hear that MSN has decided to close the groups and I hope a suitable place will be found. This is so user friendly.

I hope this finds you all well and happy. I will try my best not to stay away for so long.

Love, Dearheart

  Hi  Real,

It is great to see you (or hear from you ) again.. It has been quite a while.  Thank you, we are thrilled that our son has found such a sweet young woman, they are like soul mates which makes it all the more exciting.

How many grand babies do you have now?  You have been blessed to have them... My hubby keeps teasing our son that it would be just fine if they had a baby now and got married later!  He loves to stir things up, not to mention that he is very eager to be a granparent!  We are lucky that our son tolerates the teasing and is so good to us.

God Creator bless you and yours..

Love, light and hugs,
Betty/angl

  Hi Winds,

Yes, we are happy that our son and his fiance found each other.. since I first posted the previous note, they have a puppy, Sabot is his name...(it means spent uranium shell, as in artillery shell)  lol..  Now the happy little couple are acting like new parents, it has been a joy to my hubby and my hearts to hear and see all the pictures of all that has been going on in their home..

I am so happy that you were feeling a bit better... since time has passed sinced you posted I continue to pray that you are continuing to feel better..  I know that the aches and pains continue to come and go, I think this is just something that goes with the aging process..  With the cold weather this year my fibro has really been acting up.. when it does I wonder how you are doing, is this a big problem for you with the colder weather.

It would be such a blessing for the boards to sing again.. and why not?!!... With all that has been going on around the world this just might be a place where we can come and share, once again come and feel the warmth and love of your room, and all our friends here.

Talk with you soon... God  Creator bless you and yours...

Love, light and hugs to you,
Betty/angl

  Hi Dearheart,

Yes it has been a long time, and still just wonderful to hear from you!  I have often wondered how you were and how things were going for you..

Wow, how you described how things have been for you gave me the chills, as in confirmation.  You described almost to the letter how things have gone in my life as well, and not feeling like talking about it, not knowing what to say.  (((((((((Dearheart))))))))), big hugs to you... I pray things will lift upward for you and you will find peace and joy again... Some other friends have been going through similar times as well... I pray it isn't in the air...  Could it be a time of learning, growing emotionally?  Wish we could have answers when times like this come and go..

God  Creator bless you and yours..

Love, light and hugs to you,
Betty/angl

Dear Dearheart,

It is so good to hear from you.  I hope things will start looking up for you with a new year coming soon and with it maybe some new energy and a new cycle of feelings and other things going on with many of us.  I, too have not been able to keep up with posting and often don't have too much to say, so I just don't get here to post.   I, too hope I can find us a place that is user friendly and not too hard to find and get to.  I find that this is the problem I seem to be having with sites that have already moved.  It seems everyone is moving to a different place on the net and now I can't remember where they all are, so it is hard to keep track of them.  I am also still on slow dialup, so that makes it even harder to get from place to place.  It was so easy here in MSN to get from group to group and to be able to be all in one place.  Oh well, life seems to change and move on all of the time, so I guess we will have to be grateful for wherever we can find to go and have at least a good messageboard.  I am hoping that the ones that have chatrooms are user friendly, because I am truly leaning in that way, so I don't have to find a chatroom that will be compatible with whatever site we get.

I am so happy to hear from you and hope that we will stay in touch more often.  We have all missed you very much and hope to keep in touch alot now.

((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))  I hope you will have a smoother and better new year.  You are in my prayers always.

Love in Light and Peace,
Winds of Change

Hi (((((dear Dearheart)))))) and Everyone,
So good to see you here. I don't get on much either but when I get that chance AROL is the nicest place to be. I have doubts about any other place that has such a homey feel for groups as msn. It is such a shame groups has to be moved.
Sometimes I too feel a loss for words dear DearHeart. But how nice it is to get in here when I can and find you.
I pray this New Year is good to you and family and all here.
Sending love, inner peace and light to all.
((((HUGS))))), Real

Morning from England, still freezing here, there has been no more snow for a couple of days now which suits me.  But there is a lot of ice out.  The weather guys say the cold snap should last till the weekend.

Brrrr!
I pray all are well and keeping warm.

Hi Everyone,
Well one thing has always been for sure, a person can come here and get all the hugs and loving one needs to get by, cause ya just can feel it here. I love you all and thank you for your prayers and thoughts!
The new site, Multiply, seems ok, just some getting used to. It's like a blog right, we won't have our catagories will we? Thats ok, I'm with you Winds, at least we have a place to go that will be nice. I had to join as "Dearhart" because "Dearheart" was already taken. That's ok.
We too are having cold weather here in the south, personally I love it, but these sissys (lol) can't take it. lol...
((((((((((((((HUGS TO YOU ALL))))))))))))))))

Love, Dearheart

Hi Dearheart and all,

I see you made it to Multiply Dearheart.. I am still trying to figure it out. lol  They have everything in one big jumble there, so I am not doing too well. lol   This is just the first site I moved to in order to make sure that everyone could join and we would not lose anyone.  I am moving this site to AIMOO soon and it will be our place to be when I get it set up.  They will move everything there too, so I am going to clean up this site a bit and take out some things I don't think we need going with us.  That will make the transition much better.  AIMOO has a built in chatroom for each group, so I hope we will all be able to enjoy that site better.

I copied an address to Multiply that will get you there where you have to go through the joining process to get to AROL for those who have not received invitations from the site.  If you have changed your email address or something else that won't show up to them as the right address, then here is a way to get there http://arol2.multiply.com/    after you join then you should be at A Room Of Light or it should show up on your page.  There is a message at the bottom of the right hand sidebar about the migration so you might find a better address there. lol

Looking forward to getting settled permanently, but will be looking forward to seeing you all in multiply for now.

Love in Light and Peace,
Winds of Change
