A Room Of Light

The things that give me joy are my family, my friends, being outside when it is completely still and hearing the tiny sounds that nature has a way of making to let us know it is alive. I get great joy from regular letters and emails, that give me news of those I love and cherish telling me of their latest news about themselves and those around them and even the old news too. I feel great joy deep within my soul when I see a baby or small child in a store or elsewhere whose face is filled with wonder and curiosity as they look around and take in what the people look like and what they are doing or at the toys in the toy aisle. Children can bring a smile to my face even when I am not in the best of moods. I feel joy when I see the butterflies flying out of the trees as I walk past like a beautiful bouquet of flowers before my eyes. Sometimes I forget to see the joys and they have a way of pushing themselves right at me until I see them and feel that joy they want to give me. These are some of my best Joys.
