Dear Winds, Today was a vacation day for me. I look forward to getting one in the middle of the week. Aahhhhhhhhhhh, gives me a break...LOL.

So today, we ventured to a Sam's Club and I had been looking forward to seeing what savings we could get since it had opened, especially in the baking department. But Lordy-loo, we spent hours in there...LOL. And yes, we saved.

Later on, our son called.. he had just gotten home from a double shift and said they had no water.. poor kid! We gathered the thingy-ma-bobs we had for the whatcha-ma-call-it..LOL.. and I took them out to him. The grandbabies had a card and picture ready for us. So sweet. The babies were so happy to see granny come to their house..LOL.  Let me tell ya... the hugs and smoochies were awesome. And I had forgotten to take along what we had gotten them... sigh! That poor kid of mine.. if he had no luck, he wouldn't have any luck at all.

But it was a good day. Hubby and I always have a great time..LOL.
