Have anyone here bought the Training program from Don Bice of birdtrainer.com?
I bought the program and I am supposed to finish the Quizzes online after going through the lessons. When I came to the eighth lesson quiz the site wasn't able to handle it. Many months have passed and it's still wasn't working. I've written to Don many times about this and told him I've completed the course and requested a Certificate that was part of the package. After many emails he replied saying his email was bombarded with Viruses. He told me he was going to send it after Christmas. So far I have not received the certificate nor heard from him and his website hasn't been working : ( I am from Singapore and I hope someone can advise me what to do. |

That's too bad, WeiWei. That's one of the hazards of having our email address showing in places where those idiot virus senders have access to it. They seem to delight in ruining computer fun for everyone. I checked his site and it is completely down now. He may have a damaged computer and couldn't keep his site open. If he already has your mail address he may send your certificate soon. I hope so. Annie |

Wei Wei, I found something that you may be interested in reading. Search for donbice.com. Sounds like he may not be quite the expert on birdtraining that he wants us to believe. I hope I am wrong, for your sake. Annie |

Thanks a lot, Annnie for the info. In fact I am aware about his other activities, he actually promotes it to his bird training clients and have a link to this site. I'd not have thought about or remember this if not for your detective work. Very much appreciate. Well, at least now I have a way to contact him and press him for a satisfactory resolution. |

Still unresolved and Don have chosen to totally ignore my emails sent to his two email addresses. Can anyone tell me if there is a government department and can lodge a complain to. |

I don't know if a complaint would be listened to since you are in Singapore, but the BBB online (Better Business Bureau) has his business listed. Only one complaint has been filed against him and it was resolved satisfactorily. You will need the exact name of his business to find his listing and I don't want to put that here. Best if you don't put it here, either. Hope you get results. Annie |

Sad to say, up to date I haven't managed to get a resolution to this. I've complained to a few US government agency and one in Glendale CA but so far haven't received any reply. As you may know a lot of government agencies are overloaded with work and it may be low priority to them.
The website http://www.birdtrainer.com have ceased to function. I want to warn that Don Bice also have another business (www.donbice.com) selling "Direct Selling Seminars". This guy is obviously an expert conman if you take a look at this other site. |
