I was hunting for painting information for Tina, when I came across this article, Cages, Cages, Cages!!! by Sharron Salas. In it she gives 14 pointers looking for a bird cage. Abby |

Thank you so much for this. We will be buying a new cage at the Orlando Bird Expo in June for our new DYH. Ruby |

Good tip about buying cages at Expos, Ruby. I was at one here in Columbus, Ohio last spring, and I couldn't believe the prices on most of the cages. And the darn things were assembled. I needed one, but unfortunately only have my little Saturn for transportation, and had absolutely no way to get one home. Also, they go pretty fast, so you have to be there early to nab one. Next time, I'll borrow a van, and be there when the doors open. |

When we got our cage,it was in a box. Some of the places had them assembled and some were not. We did shop early. The prices were so good,we got another cage for our Hahns. Ruby |
