The weight loss is amazing. Congratulations. I am currently bouncing between 150 - 160. I should be 120. The more I stress about the weight, the more I eat. When I tried the diet beverages I was eating more. When I tried the salad, cabbage, and veggies I had asthma attacks and increased the prednisone and put on more weight. I tried southbeach and got very, very, mean. I seem to need my pasta, potato and crackers. I have decided to not care. Hopefully that will enable me to reduce the prednisone and lose weight. If that doesn't work in the next month (including holidays) I am going to see if the doctor will help with rx to reduce appetite. Exercise induces my asthma and then I increase the steroids (and the weight). I am beyond frustrated with it so I am open to other suggestions if someone would like to share.

I'm like Di - since I'm barely 5 feet tall, I have to only consume about 800-900 calories before I can lose weight. Also, I can't exercise like I used to because I need a new knee, plus I already have an artificial joint in my big toe. |

Same here .....Asia - and Romania for that matter- are different worlds. (And how did that guy with the haystack on top of himself ride that bike without all the hay (or grass) blowing away???) |

What guy are you talking about? I thought it was a hay stack wearing shoes riding a bike to the pub... |

The original email that I got - the one that wouldn't go thru to you - had a few more pictures than the ones on the jibjab site, but you get the general idea. LOL |

Have you considered "no wind" as to why it's still intact? I used to love bike riding and got such a high the faster I peddled... |

That's sounds like a good hypothesis, Etta! But I'm still a little fuzzy on how the stuff is stacked up like that. Those other people sure stacked their produce nice on their little motor bikes, didn't they? I loved riding a bike when I was a kid. The kind with the foot brake...(is that what it was called?) Anyhow, I don't like the brakes that are on the handlebars. I squeezed the wrong one once, and wiped out real quick. I think I squeezed the one for the front brake, and you're supposed to squeeze the one for the back brake. So why is there one on the front brake?? |

When I got a mountain bike in the mid 80s, it had hand brakes. That was the first bike I ever had with them. I was told to apply pressure to both sides at once, so both the front and the rear brakes were engaged equally. This enable you to stop more smoothly or something! lol I dunno, but it worked well. Yes, I think that both hands have to apply pressure at the same time or problems could occur. My bike needs some TLC. Both tires are flat and the chain has fallen off the gizmo. Kathy |

Thank you for the correct term: coaster brake. I don't know what is happening to my mind these days. |
