(I found this wonderful study on our question/answer board. I think it is wonderful. I have forgotten this study. Since no one else got into this, and I think it would make a wonderful study, or at least something for you to consider, I am now placing it on the General board. Maybe someone will read this here and take some thought to it).
How much TIME is a DAY OF SALVATION? How much TIME is a DAY OF THE LORD? How much TIME is a DAY OF WRATH? How much TIME is a DAY OF GRACE? How much TIME is a DAY OF JUDGMENT? how much time was the 'days of Noah'? how much time was the days of vengeance? how much time was the DAY OF unleavened bread, ? How much TIME is the SABBATH which was prophecied in Isaiah 28? What DAY did he speak of in Heb. 4, that he spake of another DAY? | In the DAY when God shall judge the secrets OF men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. | how much time was the DAY OF Pentecost?
how much time was that? and how much time is this: | Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the DAY OF our Lord Jesus Christ. |
What DAY is this speaking of, and how much time will it be? | Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the DAY shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work OF what sort it is. |

and when and how much TIME are these days? | For they are the spirits OF devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings OF the earth and OF the whole world, to gather them to the battle OF that great DAY OF God Almighty. |
and how long will this DAY be? | And the gates OF it shall not be shut at all by DAY: for there shall be no night there. |
People, do you REALLY understand what a DAY is with God and in the Scriptures? How can people just spin out all such timings as men have brought up for our generation to 'believe' in and they have not searched out these things nor do they attempt to understand them. I submit to you, by the Word of God, that NONE of the above are 24 hour days, our time. Neither are those 70 WEEKS of Daniel. Yet people all follow the already drumed out false teachings of man, who counted these days with their own carnal minds and used man's 24 hour week day. It is time to quite listening to already made-up junk, and seek for God to reveal His truth to you. quit fighting those of us who have prayed and studied the WRITTEN SCRIPTURES FOR YEARs, without following the already made-up pattern. I also thought about this: what is a day in the eyes of God?
I mean , we call 24 hours a day.But God is eternal.And if men hadn't sinned, they would have lived forever.
I wonder if time like we know it now, existed before the fall.
In Genesis is written: it had been evening, it had been morning, the first day (Sorry Freeborn, just translating from my Dutch bible)
But God never said that a day lasted 24 hours.
To Him, a thousand years is like a day, and a day like thousand years.

eelya, each of those days is a full time period of happenings. They revolve around the life of Jesus Christ. He was born and died on that first day. I am not ready to teach of this yet, but I did write a message on that first day. Hope to soon be able to get to more of it. But other things keep coming up and keeping me occupied on them. Notice only in Daniel is that term used elsewhere in the Word: the vision of the EVENING AND THE MORNING was true. This EVENING is not speaking of time. Neither is MORNING. Just as number words in Scripture do not mean numbers, or how many. It is spiritual. 7 does not mean the digit after 6. It has nothing to do with this, and this is one of the reasons 99% or more of people cannot find truth. 144,000 is not saying how many of them there is. It has nothing to do with counting. So evening is not referring to a time period. God is one Lord. It has nothing to do with counting how many. This means something highly spiritual. It is not speaking of man's days of time. No, in the eternal state before the fall, short days and nights would not have been. Night would not have been. Jo |

Eric, that is true. but there is another truth. A DAY is a certain time period such as the age of Grace. Today is the DAY OF SALVATION. See that is the day of Grace. It is not numbered as we call time. How are you? JO |

Thanks you dear Eric. And I sure do love you also. Wish I could meet you someday. I would like to meet all of our members, but know that is not possible. But in the spirit I feel I know all of you.
