All replies from E-Mail will be deleted by the mangers (see our rules) this is done for your protection as well as ‘The Site? also try to keep your replies to no more then 2-3 paragraphs long. (for the same reasons given above) We want to Thank all of you who have agreed to be partaker’s of this fellowship, as we share with each other the Word of God - Our bread of life. Almighty God, may we grow in grace and obedience to your will. Sanctify and cleanse us according to your mercy by which we were saved. As we walk in the Light of your word, may we learn obedience by the renewing of our heart- spirit and soul, that your will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask this in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Amen . |

Angel I just read your pos,and as the saying goes “been there done that?As I read your post it sounded just like I did (and it hasn’t been that long ago.) Take your trip one-mile at a time. If you are going alone, talk out loud to the Lord just as you would to your best friend (which He is)Sing songs and enjoy your new adventure. I just know God has a new beginning for you. And he is with you all the way. |

*Rebuild your wall of Defense (Form the book of Nehemiah) A few years ago I felt my life was in shambles, I asked the Lord for a word. I opened the bible @ Nehemiah. I had never read this book before and had no ideal what it was about. Wanting desperately to understand and befit from the story, I imagined myself working with the people. The story goes like this (and I’m paraphrasing) -- Messengers were sent to Nehemiah telling him; of the great affliction / reproach of the people and that the wall of Jerusalem lay in ruins. Hearing the news Nehemiah wept, fasted and prayed. The wall would be rebuilt. When it was known that the wall was being rebuilt the army of Samaria mocked the Jews. Saying--“What do these feeble Jews think there doing? Do they really think they can fortify themselves behind a wall they are rebuilding from the rubbish heap? Everyone kept on working; with one hand doing the work and the other holding on to their weapons.?As I read the story I understood what the Lord was teaching me. I had allowed the enemy to crumble the walls of my faith; it was time to rebuild what I had allowed the enemy to tear down. I was pre-warned (by reading the story) that as I worked to rebuild my faith walk, the enemy would mock and try to discourage me. The enemy had said, ?Your hands will weaken form all this hard work, you will never finish the wall".When this happened to me, I prayed the prayer of Nehemiah. “Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.?(Ne 6:9) Read the whole story ‘Folks?you’ll be glad you did. |

I know that so many things in my life has happened that would just brake my heart and so much of the time bitterness would set in. This is so easy to let happen when a Christian brother or sister has hurt you. I guess we expect it more from the world than with in body of Christ, This is why I think it hurts so bad I have had this to happen to me and took sometime to get it out of my heart Bitterness will separate you from God. That is not the thing we need to let happen for hurt is bad enough with out the separation from God ,And believe me one can only over come such a hurt with the help of the Lord I know the Lord has brought me through that and I’m truely Thankful for all he has done But I also know that satan tries to bring it back from time to time And If I think about it than I can feel the bitterness trying to return And what I have to do than is put my thoughts on Jesus and all the good things he has done for. I guess what I want to express is if you find your self thinking of things that bring you pain or bad feelings toward someone than Set your mind on things of God and thus will renew your mind In Christ Jesus We as the believer should renew our minds daily To things of God I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:1-2) |

Good message! baby Sister. New Beginnings as a Christian. when we get saved, we are to take on a"Christlike Charactor" The Bible says, You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will know them by their fruits." (Matthew 7:15-23; 12:33) A believer's life and an unbeliever's life should look different. God has a great deal to say about the distinctions between the two, and He uses an important metaphor: fruit. The fruit of the Spirit refers to the outward signs of a believer's transformation (New Beginning) from sinner to saint. Spiritual fruit is made up of actions and attitudes. If we confess to be Christians when our conduct says otherwise, people will believe what they see. When our behavior does not align with what we profess, then our words are meaningless. Amen? We cannot make our life and our works match up without the assistance of the Holy Spirit. Some people may appear to succeed when watched by those who do not know them well. But simply performing in Jesus' name is not enough. Fruit is the outward expression that we are true followers of Christ; the inward proof is the presence of the Holy Spirit, who comes to us when we receive salvation. Jesus' own ministry was carried out by the power of the Holy Spirit within Him. Accused of casting out demons through Beelzebub, the Lord told His critics He performed the miracle by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 12:28) When we are walking with Jesus and relying upon the Holy Spirit in us, we will have a different lifestyle than the rest of the world. Imagine that someone asked one of your unbelieving friends, "What is a Christian supposed to look like?" Would your friend be able to point to you and say, "A Christian looks just like that"? God Bless you, Love Betty |

Sister Sue those whom we love the most hurt us the deepest. If a strange or an unbeliever hurts us it is easier to recover from that hurt. Zechariah understood this when he told of the future sufferings of Christ. “And one shall say unto him, what are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.?IMG height=19 src="emcry.gif" tppabs="http://sc.groups.msn.com/themes/R9c/pby/img/emoticons/emcry.gif" width=19> Zechariah 13:6 When I am hurt it makes me feel like Jesus, and I try to react like he did when he said “Father forgive them they know not what they do.?/FONT> |

Sister Betty you are so right! (Spiritual fruit is made up of actions and attitudes. If we confess to be Christians when our conduct says otherwise, people will believe what they see. When our behavior does not align with what we profess, then our words are meaningless. Amen? ) Paul teaches us in 2Co 6:3-4.. that our actions can harm our ministering to those whom Christ wants to save. 2Co 6:3-4 “Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:...“But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,?/FONT> Well Praise God it’s getting better and better in here huh?
