My puter keeps crashing and freezing  A message appears saying this programme has performed an illegal operation, and will be shut down
 
It also says that the space on drive c is low, would a good fragging help, do ya think?

I get that every so often.  Do a Disk Cleanup - empty your temp internet files and cookies and such like, then defrag.  Nowt like a good fragging, I say!

day what size is your C drive? u may have a load of stuff there u dont need!  and a good defrag is always appreciated by your puter!
