| | ok.. i know little about the meanings of the tarot cards.. so i'll go with my first gut feelings... i see the fool as someone who maybe still has things to learn (don't we all) but maybe they are in a space where there is much to learn in a situation or that things are in the works that are not yet seen?? if that's making any sense... i want to say... still a babe... or in baby stages... ok there it is.. lets see how far off i am tracy | | Reply
| | Its like the dog is trying to warn him of the dangrous ahead & the fool [as he is]..........is not taking any notice thinking he knows better[he'll learn the hard way.] How did I do. | | Reply

| | Hiya Mistyblue Always read by intuition anyway, so hard to get one particular meaning . Ok in this instance I think the person the fool is refering to maybe needs to find a new way to do things. They have everything they need to do the job, but is not listening to their inner feelings and guidence. Think this person has made a few mistakes in the past, learnt from them, but still cant find the exact right way to go, maybe has a habit of rushing into things without finding an alternate solution that will keep everyone happy. I know the saying keep your face to sun and you will never see the shadows is a good one, but think this person needs to realize sometimes the shadows are there for a reason and need to be looked at. I feel the fool in this instance is here to say that life is a game, to be played well for sure, but sometimes to be played for the pure enjoyment of playing it. And to tell you dont worry, even if you stumble sometimes, you will never completely lose your footing - which is a good thing 'cause its a looong way to the bottom lol. So new beginings, a journey which will take us where we want to go - now just got to find the starting point!! All seemed to be refering to a certain person here - Misty??????? Sorry do tend to go on, no wonder my friends run when they see my tarot cards . Peace and Chicken Grease Leigh | | Reply
| | ok I dont know these cards but looks to me as he is about to journey, to start something new.. maybe not looking where he be going, could be in folly, umm to jump into something not to say that it wont work out but he does this without too much thought and away he goes.. dont think he heard the term look before you leap.. but then again not all leaps are bad.. just some, best to think about them first. | | Reply
| | I feel the fool give an impression of multi experiences in the way, variety & flexibility. it may mean changes in carreer or multiple social situation, like being a daughter a mother a wife a sister all in the same time. it may refer to the multiple responsibilitiesone may be committed to at the same time. this is what I feels, & I dont know if it is right or wrong

staying open letting go of worry and fear feeling protected and loved living in joy recapturing innocence believing - embracing folly
- accepting your choices
taking the "foolish" path pursuing a pipe dream being true to yourself taking a "crazy" chance trusting your heart's desire As Card 0, the Fool lies at the beginning of the major arcana, but also somewhat apart from the other cards. In medieval courts, the court jester was someone who was not expected to follow the same rules as others. He could observe and then poke fun. This makes the Fool unpredictable and full of surprises. He reminds us of the unlimited potential and spontaneity inherent in every moment. There is a sense with this card that anything goes - nothing is certain or regular. The Fool adds the new and unfamiliar to a situation. The Fool also represents the complete faith that life is good and worthy of trust. Some might call the Fool too innocent, but his innocence sustains him and brings him joy. In readings, the Fool can signal a new beginning or change of direction - one that will guide you onto a path of adventure, wonder and personal growth. He also reminds you to keep your faith and trust your natural responses. If you are facing a decision or moment of doubt, the Fool tells you to believe in yourself and follow your heart no matter how crazy or foolish your impulses may seem. We begin with the Fool (0), a card of beginnings. The Fool stands for each of us as we begin our journey of life. He is a fool because only a simple soul has the innocent faith to undertake such a journey with all its hazards and pain. At the start of his trip, the Fool is a newborn - fresh, open and spontaneous. The figure on Card 0 has his arms flung wide, and his head held high. He is ready to embrace whatever comes his way, but he is also oblivious to the cliff edge he is about to cross. The Fool is unaware of the hardships he will face as he ventures out to learn the lessons of the world. The Fool stands somewhat outside the rest of the major arcana. Zero is an unusual number. It rests in the exact middle of the number system - poised between the positive and negative. At birth, the Fool is set in the middle of his own individual universe. He is strangely empty (as is zero), but imbued with a desire to go forth and learn. This undertaking would seem to be folly, but is it? Thankyou to everyone that participated in the first exercise and I hope you all join in for the next one :) Any Tarot experts are also welcome to add with there feelings to this cards now its being posted :) You all did so well | | |

| | The Fool usually means something new is coming up for you, usually an opportunity of some kind. You must take what you have learned so far(his packsack) on your journey and use it to your advantage for the upcoming new thing. Your ego will fight you and try and stop you from doing something foolish (little dog). This means nothing to you since you believe in yourself and your ability to take on this new adventure. The fool is a risk taker, the ultimate optimist, but he also has a lot of potential because he is innocent, pure and has no expectations. He creates what he imagines. IndigoLightworker | | Reply
| | To me this card represents someone who isnt looking where he is going. He is about to step off a cliff! Yikes!!!!!The dog is trying to warn him but he just isnt paying attention. Sometimes though I feel that he is at the top of a hill singing to the world with his dog dancing beside him. He is happy because he has his little bag packed and is ready to go out on an adventure. | | |
