hanging with the guys
occupied a lot of my youth
you know them all, you know
johnny, jack, jim, and hiram
we'd hook up on the weekend
getting really stupid thinking
we were being sophisticated
making people laugh at our jokes
not knowing we were the joke
seems like them good ol boys
didn't have no feelins at all
but when i drank their brew
seems every one liked me
least wise that's what
i believed in my
whiskey soaked stupor
