I used to have Lakotah Speakster, it was really nice could hear the words which helps a lot for me anyway.and could add - record your own to make your own lessons,  my computer crashed, lost it, went couple days ago  to get it again didn't see it anymore was made by code-it software I remember but wasn't on their site only audio stuff, used to be off their site on another section I will write them.
, my friend I told about it long ago has it but I don't know if is legal for me to get it from her, so I am still looking for it, will post when / if I find it..

I contacted the Author of Lakota Speakster,  Mike Baker at code-it's site and they were no longer on his site/server, but he  gave them to me!  and written permission to give them away as downloads, so  I put them on my server for downloading the Speakster  also has a syntax guide, Native web browser, free screen saver and several other nice things. talking the talk is  a great program , you can record your own lessons and it will say it in whatever language you recorded it in  when you click the english word. I want to make some Cherokee lessons with it when I get time, get someone better than me to speak it though :-)
Here are the links to download them. I just finished  installing them on my  'puter I'm happy to have them again, they were lost a while back when my pc crashed.

Below is an excerpt from Mike Bakers  letter to me. he says they aren't compatible with the new Windows Vista RC2. I'm in no hurry to get Vista, xp works ok for me so far.
