I have a spiritual believe and I feel that I'm strong with my beleive but then where to go and stay into my spiriual way and not go into my bad behavior that gets into my thoughts I walk the Red Road and I'm being sober for a reason, but I can't figure out whatit is yet what do I do to stay out of my head i want to stay sober and ry to be happy today I stay into today and fine my own way to be busy with out doing what will hurt my life  and friends when I feel that I can control that first drink when I know I can't believe me I hurt more with my thinking then opening my mouth with words I have to pray more and hope it will be what I need from hour to hour believe, just believe have a good day I'm sober today; Roland
