English Words and Name Transliteration into Cherokee Guidelines

I will do transliteration English words andEnglish First/Middle and Native American sounding names

like wolf, eagle, moon etc. into Tsalagi/Cherokee.

Cherokee words or names are thought of to look backwards,
because the subject comes first, and then what is describing that subject next.


I cannot do transliteration names into anyother tribe language.

If you give me a Native American name in another tribe lanuage,
you will need to supply me with the translation
before I can translate it into tsalagi.
