Funny thing how I'm a wary to believe at times, even though...I tend to "see" things I can't always explain. I don't usually go around announcing what I see, which surprised me when my hubby told a friend of his...that I was psychic. I don't think of myself in those terms. I just ? see these things or perhaps pick up on them. So his friend asked me to let him know who I saw around him. I told him a couple days later...about two women I saw around him that day at the picnic. The one being his neice who's very much alive, the other his sister that passed away a few years ago. I described them, and I gave him names. It's just something that happens, yet I don't think I have good "instincts" or maybe it's just that I don't ....listen well enough to them?
I've always had what I call a 6th sense but its more than that. It doesn't happen all thentime but comes and goes at times. I have had premonitions that have come true. I have seen and heard things that are unexplainable. I went to see a psychic one time and she had a hard time with me. She said I had certain powers as well. I do believe in it. When mine happen they are beyond instincts.
Yes I do believe in them... I know some will laugh but my daughter Jill who is 37 has them.... She can see things and has dreams and most of the time they come true.... Some things she says scares me... I have had my fourtne told... Soooo many things came true..... scary...
I believe we humans have psychic abilities we are at all different levels of awareness of these abilities. We all dream in our sleep and day dream while we are awake . I have had several dreams come true. that is mainly how I am made aware of something that is about to happen ,while I sleep. I am always reading up on this subject
i believe that some are gifted with the :Sight." i have had prophetic dreams and some came true- i have also had a few psychic readings that were given by Christian Spiritualists that were very insightful.
I do believe in Psychic abilities -- what about the thread on strange happenings?
I feel I have a genuine ability to grasp things that will happen before they do.
When I was carrying my second daughter, big and uncomfortable at eight months -- my X-husband's family was having their yearly family reunion -- I just couldn't make myself move off the couch to go. So while everyone was at the picnic including X and oldest daughter (16 mos. old) went, I fell asleep and during that time I had a dream that my oldest daughter was near water and in trouble. I woke instantly got on my knees and prayed for God to keep my baby safe.
When the family walked in the door -- I hollered "Where's Kim, where's Kim -- she ran quickly to me aand said I'm OK mommy, I didn't fall in the water. Needless to say, I hugged her to me the rest of the day, not able to let her go. And of course, my X got a major earfull -- and I never let him take her anywhere alone again.
I belive, in Psychic abilities. My DF, was a psychic at one time in his life. I believe in dreams too when ever i dream with teeth,some one dies. and if they hurt I know it's some one close to me.
