Have enjoyed all of your posts in this group. But was wondering....how do you know if you are being influenced (for lack of a better word word) by light or dark.............

And how do I know if I am just being me or influenced by something else??? Sometimes I feel that I do, say, or action stuff that I look back on and just know that it wasn't ME normally....some good....some not so good..........

Don't expect THE answer but your thoughts would be much appreciated.
