Good morning/Afternoon/ evening to everybody in this community:
 
I want to propose that we all begin to meditate on a regular daily basis.
Meditation is a great strategy of self-discovery and it helps us to have a better life-quality.
 
There are a lot of reasons to try meditation:
 
Terapists say is help us to keep in balance
Some other people say it helps to really find yourself and even contact divinity and beings of light.
 
I think that we should all begin meditating first for our own benefit and also to make our world a little better.
 
I want to share a small easy meditation that anyone can make in just 5 or 10 minutes:
 
Just relax wherever you are and close your eyes if you want.
then SMILE, SMILE intensely. Feel the sensation and then try to share that feeling with all your body. Smile your face, your brain, your neck, your chest, your abs, your legs, your feet. This is what Taoists call "INNER SMILE PRACTICE" Keep that feeling and smile all your body and the world around.
 
Now Imagine yourself being fulled from above with a powerful and intense light must people prefer to imagine it white, golden or silver, but you can imagine any colour that feels good. Imagine all the organs in your body being fulfilled with this light, feel the lighe in every cell. Intensify this feeling, then relax and enjoy it. Intensify the sensation up to 7 or 12 times, then relax and enjoy the whole sensation.
 
Now an idea What if we do it everyday twice a day!!! Let´s imagine for a minute that this light we are imaging really helps the world not only in our inner self but that it really has effects in the world around us. We could make the world much better if we do it on a regular basis right?? If you feel skeptic about the idea, remember that at least it will help YOU to deal with your day a little better.
 
Second Idea: I would like to get everygody enthusiastic about meditation so I have to give the example (do it myself I mean) and what if we do it all at the same time???
My idea is: Try to do this at any exact hour in the place you live (6:00 am, 7:00 pm, 8:00 am, etc...) Im doing it myself everydar at 6:00 am, 7:00 am and 10:00 pm here at Mexico City. Don´t worry about differences in schedules. I have already sent this message to more than 40 communities so anytime you choose there will be someone meditating and working with you to make a better world somewhere.
