Hello everybody:
I want to propose that we all meditate and use the skills we have learned in our different paths in life to fulfill this world with peace and comprehension.
What about if we dedicate 10 minutes everyday to relax and stay in peace?
Just lay down or relax wherever you are and imagine a powerful white light fulfilling every organ and cell in your body. Keep that sensation a while. Then imagine that light emerging to your surroundings and lighting everything. You can also imagine the color of light that better suits the situation, some people rathar red or pink for love or green for help. Feel free to use your own imagination and previous knowledge to increase the effectiveness of this meditation. Some people would like to light a candle or burn incense meanwhile, some other would like to make some affirmations or using special sacred symbols according to their own background. All is allowed, the idea is giving and using the mental and spiritual power on a daily basis for everybody`s benefit.
One you have expanded the light to your surroundings make it grow! make it grow! make it grow! make this light grow and illuminate all your street, neighborhood and city. Then fulfill all your country, continent and planet. Concentrate a little more and try to feel the love from and for Mother Earth.
Finally, remember that we all have more habilities than we think and we must never subestimate the power of a simple meditation or mentalization, mind is so powerful!!!!
I will try to do this at least twice a day during the next month, in my case, I will use a violet flame and concentrate to burn up all impurities, anger and fear.
