If you have a favorite crystal, you can use it to aid you in meditation. Start by relaxing your breathing�?breathe deeply from your abdomen. Hold the crystal in your hand and focus your attention on it. Think only of the crystal. Don't worry about "meditating"�?just relax. And think about the crystal. Let your thoughts flow to its beauty, its shape, its size, �?how it feels in your hand. Keep breathing deeply. If distracting thoughts come up, let them go and gently bring your attention back to the crystal and your breathing. Sense the crystal's feeling-tone. Notice any thoughts or impressions you have about the crystal. Continue to breath.
