White Light

Begin this exercise by focusing on your breathing. You might want to start with Counting your Breath. When you are ready, begin to visualize a white light surrounding you. Make the light as bright as you can possibly imagine it. See it spreading out around you. Focus all of your attention on the light. See it become more dense and more bright. Breath it in. See the light spreading throughout your body. When you exhale, see your tension and negativity leave you and float away. See the light fill you up so that there is room for nothing but the light. Each breath you take makes the light inside of you brighter. Each exhalation makes you more relaxed and at peace.
