Hi this is Jethro.  I am no star by any means, but apparently Bridget has enjoyed my poetry and has given me my own little area to share it with you.  I have known about my PKD for almost 20 yrs.  I found out when mother suggested I get tested after discovering she had it herself.  I have been pretty much trouble free until the last few years when I started having some problems arise.  My function is still fairly high ~45% (last check) so the problems I am experiencing may just be size related, or from something else altogether.  Anyway, I found this site less than a year ago and have been amazed at the group of people here and how wonderful they all are.  I never wrote much poetry in the past, but suddenly was inspired to do so by what was going on with the good folks here.  I wish you all the best and hope you get some enjoyment out of the following poems.
