Looking for a Mary McNally born 12/10/1911.
She died Manchester 1996 as Mary Jane McVeigh
Any Help would be appreciated.
She changed her name to McVeigh because I think the father of her children was Joseph James McVeigh but I can't find any evidence of a marriage.
All her children don't have a father listed on the birth certificates that i could see:

Micheal McVeigh 1924???
Mary McVeigh 1935 County Tyrone
James McVeigh 1940 County Tyrone
Patricia McVeigh 1944 Count Tyrone

Yes found out today that her birth name was McVeigh and she never married Joseph McNally.
Now I'm trying to find the marriage of a margaret McGuire & a Patrick McVeigh.
Found a possibility in 1885 but that was surely too soon.
This was in Co. Armagh.
A Margaret McGuire married there in 1885 & a Patrick Mcveigh.
Not sure if to each other, don't want to waste another 5 pound...

Well I now have a 1 month subscription to Emerald Ancestors.
Doesn't seem to have all records that it claims as there are some on IFHF.

Anthony we can only try these sites,Its good that you have only taken one months sub.At least you will know if its worth it,I must say i do prefer I.F.H.F.
Its going to make things a lot easier when the Nat Archives of Dublin have finished Digitizing the 1901 and 1911 census,s.for all counties,as they will be free.
The graveyard records on I.F.H.F is expensive. But at least you can see the record before you buy.Im sure they will alter that to.  At one stage Family records were 10 euro now Five.

Take care

Mike
