Here's something I'd like to share with everyone.
A friend/co-worker is susceptible to migraines almost daily. She's tried everything
from over-the-counter meds to prescription meds.
Recently I visited a new age store near me and bought her a Sodalite Crystal. I
meditated on it first, then gave it to her and instructed her to keep it with her always.
I also told her to place it at the base of her head prior to sleep; and during the day
from time to time she should meditate on it and picture herself without migraines.
Her migraines have subsided considerably! She says when she gets a migraine she
puts the stone at the base of her head and it eases up and then goes away. I'm so
happy I could help her with this. Hope this can help anyone else that suffers from
these terrible headaches.
