Am I at the right place or not?  I have a technical Question.

 

How would I go about erasing text when I send e-mail messages to someone?

On the information box in subject_____________ Example       Hello Mary. or

Good day Joe  or  re: confirmation number.  Am I making any sense?   Its just that every time I reply to an e-mail the greetings remain their for future use and their starting to annoy me.   Thanks   Please respond to[email protected]
