its about her losing her father and having to come to terms with her sexuality and just growing up..its a really really good book..
i mean some of the stuff in that book i just laughed at cos some of it is like bits i recognised in myself growing up..i reckon alot of people could..
she mentions sticking her head out the window on new years eve...i used to do this in my teens lol and mentioning a rover biscuit tin (hadnt heard that in years) and her mother and gran taking their handbags to bed after being burgled...my mother did that briefly in the 70s lol
anyway i dont really find her my kind of funny person but this book is..
funny book its good!!
