| Hiya J xx Thankyou for your reply. I'm sorry I've taken a long time to reply. My usual PC is down ( engineer coming for the 2nd time in the morning). I've been using my spare for 3 weeks & it's a bit temperamental. I live in West Yorks, between Castleford & Wakefield. My trouble is I'm a big softy at heart which means I get hurt more easily & never seem to learn lol  . I'm in my 40's, have dark brown short hair, brown eyes, am 5' 4'' tall, medium build. I've been an instructor in Martial Arts for 30 yrs but am currently taking exams in computing, passed my New Clait word processing exam this morning ( 18th Oct). I'm also studying a BTEC course in Computer Engineering. I feel I need to be prepared in case I have to retire from teaching Martial Arts as, inevitably you pick up injuries along the way & you have to be sensible & look after your body.
