Checking the message boards.
I'm starting this thread so that we can all use it to post a message and let the other managers know that everything below has been checked. (as in the last screen shot)
You don't even need to write anything, (unless you want to, lol) just sending it blank will do.
If we all use this thread, it saves searching out 6 or 7 different messages, left by each individual manager, again, saving time.
When you click on 'message boards' you get sent to this page, a list of all the communities boards.
if you click on 'view all topics' you can see every new message that has been posted, whatever board it's on.
Now by using a thread such as this, you'll be able to clearly see, exactly where the boards are checked to. Just remember to reply to this thread, the last thing you do before leaving.
On the screen shot below, Dee signed out with, 'new posts', and so we knew that all the messages below were ok, and all that needed checking were the 4 above it.
This will save all of us, checking every message, one after the other, and allow us to pick out just the messages that we want to answer.
