Bought this the other week.

Always wanted to get it, found it cheap on offer to buy.

Has all the favourites on it.

Has ofcourse "In demand" which is another of my faves.

The vid is set on a garage forecourt from what I remember and Sharlene Spiteri is all glamoured up in some gown.

Great song.

 

Inner Smile is brilliant.

Spiteri in the vid is playing homage to Elvis and is dressed in the black leather gear and is Elvis in the vid. Can't remember what concert it's copied from but I know I have seen the original  of Elvis and it's from the 1960's and completely unique.

I was listening to the album CD on my bed the orther week and I'm certain she does sing with a Scottish accent.

 

great pictures of her in the album cover sleeve.

Think she is or was ,doing some mini tour in the UK recent. Interesting to see her anyway.

 

Don't think much of her latest song though called "getaway"

I think she is trying way to hard to recreate the success she had from around the "say what you want" era..

Things have moved on and in the vid for it I think she try's to hard to be "sexy" and it doesn't do it for me. That's just me though.

Sexy just "happens" for her when she is in jeans ,tshirt and herself and not even trying.
