Hi Jan Yeah, I saw it. It's obviously aimed at young people who have issues about their sexuality... At the same time, havn't we all, young and old, fallen for a straight girl at some point? I think though, the series will turn out to be a bit of a tease. And it seems to be encouraging drinking and smoking more than anything - bad!! |

is it encouraging? or just showing you what it's like? i know i spent 2 years fighting lisa to make sure she didn't hang out getting drunk while all her mates were but i see ur point, young minds... "that looks fun" verdict still out with me, not sure about the show good to see 'sexuality' being screened on tv tho |

Yeah, it's a UK prog. The 'crabs' episode is quite funny - I saw it on E4 after tonight's C4 episode . |

Hmm... I was just thinking back to when I was a teenager, lol. I suppose I was a bit of a teen rebel and clashed with my parents etc. But things didn't 'happen' for me till I was 18/19. But I never got into any serious trouble - I think I can put that down to school and parental discipline which seems to be often lacking these days... Or maybe I'm just getting old now, lol. I can remember one incident when I spent the night with my girlfriend and at a friend's place. The next day I had the police phoning me at work . They were actually very nice to me and just wanted to know that my girlfriend was ok. But it was obvious that her mum had got very concerned... Unlike the comedy of 'Sugar Rush', reality is a much more serious business, don't you think? Kids seem to be having to deal with 'adult' issues much earlier in life now. It must be tough for them. |
