use the arrows to scroll up and down the page, rather than dragging the bar with your mouse
ctrl+c = copy
ctrl+v = paste
ctrl+a = selects everything in the message, or on a page
before you copy, first you have to highlight the text or pic by dragging accross your mouse pointer, holding down the left button.
