Awesome Misty just perfect, mahalo for sharing this as I will definitely use it towards my new journal. When I scanned through the 7 words that hit me like a ton of bricks were as follows:
  1. excuses
  2. anxiety
  3. fears
  4. doubt
  5. ignoring
  6. repression
  7. resistance

It was kind of startling cause they just jumped right out at me. *Kinda like my cat does to sit in my lap* Now I am going to tackle them and journaling about 'em.

Misty, again you have given me much to think about.  My first reaction to this list was, "oh my, I've got them all" lol!   There were some things on the list that I see not as blocks, but as positive aspects.  But my top seven:
self sabatoge
abandonment
lack of confidence
isolation
anxiety
poverty mentality
perfectionism

Since I believe we can't really release our limiting thoughts until we acknowledge that we have them, bring them into consciousness, this seems like a great way to help stimulate awareness.

To my dear friend, Silky...may she continue to heal...

~ ~

~Protect the Inner Child in You~

Why would He, the creator of all life,

allow one of his little ones to suffer abuse of any kind?

Why would He, the creator of all life,

allow them to be offended and abandoned?

If little children are precious to God,

what justification can there be

for permitting some to be born into such circumstances?

~ ~

My dearest little one...

You are not alone, but are enfolded in my all knowing arms.

I have entrusted you with a tremendous responsibility...

I have given you the great gift of choice.

You may choose to help, or choose to hurt.

Often, troubled families pass on their pain and darkness,

virtually intact...to their children and grandchildren.

The victim of one generation becomes the victimizer of the next.

My heart sorrows and will not allow this destruction to continue...

For, I am actively intervening in the most destructive lineages,

assigning a valiant spirit to break the chain of destructiveness.

Although these children may suffer innocently

as victims of violence, neglect, and exploitation,

through my grace some find the strength to

"metabolize" the poison within themselves,

refusing to pass it on to future generations.

Before them were generations of destructive pain;

after them the line flows clear and pure.

Their children and children's children will call them blessed.

In suffering innocently that others might not suffer,

such become as

"saviors on Mount Zion"

by helping bring salvation to a lineage.

Children need not replicate the sins of their fathers,

but I hold each generation accountable for its own choices.

In a former era, I sent a flood to destroy unworthy lineages.

In this generation, I have sent numerous choice individuals

to help purify them.

I will put my law in their inward parts,

and write it in their hearts;

and will be their God,

and they shall be my people.

Many valiant, struggling spirits are difficult to recognize

in their early stages of progress,

but in the latter stages, they are easy to recognize and appreciate.

Sometimes in the early stages they are suffering so

much from their terrible wounds

that it takes a mature degree of spiritual sensitivity

to see past the bitterness and pain to discern the purity of spirit within.

I will judge those who judge them wrongfully,

It is a duty and a privilege to befriend such individuals and to  provide

whatever assistance and support that can be given in helping them

to achieve their high destiny.

Those who may be, themselves, the suffering messengers of light,

Let them be true to their divine commission,

forgoing bitterness and following in

my Eternal footsteps.

~PEACE...~
