Salt baths- Wonderful way to pull out the toxins in your body or aura. Sea Salt is wonderful.. but also a more coarse salt..table
salt will work.
Essential Oils- There are also benefits to using essential oils that are specifically for the purpose of cleansing: pepermint, eucalyptus to name a few, its really seeing what your genetic code responds to in terms of sents.. but something like having a bath or massage with these oils will help to activate and clear as well.
Tai Chi - It works becuz it gets the chi lines moving if chi is not following through our bodies ... we risk blocks which will normally result in illness over time so .. yes.. to open up the chi .. in whatever way it takes.
Breathing - Also just breathing with intent: i call this blowing off energy it is releasing.... the energy through breath.... a deep exhale. That helps the body to release the energy, to release the tension it has picked up.
Fasting - Also there are fasts are a way to do a body cleansing, but also it helps to release the toxins in the body the toxins usually being the energy that is not our own, negativity, darkness, etc.
Astral Work - If a person is competant at astral traveling: the energy work can be done there as well to project your body, and then do healing on it, or clearing upon it then it does come out, if removed an area of darkness on the astral it will come out then in some fashion in the physical.... via a dream, via purging the emotions, whatever fashion it takes to leave. As above, so below--- being the theory.
Meditation--is also a benefit in cleansing, grounding out
energies.
Crystals / Rocks - Some people who are focused on what they want to cleanse out use crystals or rocks. Such as thining of what they want to release, and just allowing it travel from their hands out into the crystal they are holding, and
then cleansing the crystal.
