Jade Pillow Blockage in Microcosmic Orbit of Energy

Jade pillow is a common blockage point (base of skull at the back of the head).. pain in that spot is common among those who are beginning to strengthen microcosmic orbit of energy.  Basically same shit as chakras and what not. 

Have you read anything and micro cosmic orbit in the body, I believe its used allot in kundalini yogi practice?

Well I presume the pain is from the meditation cuz the main channel narrow quite a bit at this point, in addition the transition of tissue from muscle to bone

Well I suggest to continue meditation, just you must try to complete the cosmic orbit with your intent in meditation.

Massage and Ming would help clear chi from the ba hui - but this pain is from just opening the channel or trying too.

Good pain to know you're opening, but must be cleared so no residue ever remains.

The dan tian is about 3 in below and behind your navel, base of your stomach when you inhale deeply basically.  The macrocosmic orbit travels around as you inhale and exhale you will focus on its path as you meditate, must breath deeply and slowly with your stomach expanding in all directions, also be sure to touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth-this completes the circuit.

Tongue to far forward, you may become sleepy, too far back, will cause strain and stagnate the orbit, should be relaxed and you should salivate. I'm not sure where it originated; it is just common practice as far as I know

if you flood a block it will clear, but you cant do this vicariously as you inhale-- the feel the energy travel from your nose to your solar plexus, down to your Dan tian as you exhale, the energy should move to the Sea Bottom (your anus) then come up to a point directly between you kidneys, then to a point, life’s gate, directly between your shoulder blades which is also directly behind the heart, then to jade pillow--(base of skull), then to ba hui (crown chakra) and down your face to the starting point

10 minutes of regular meditation should be done, once the dan tian has begun burning, then attempt this orbit for 20-30 minutes, and don’t forget your after message (Ming Tian Gu).
