So yes, its being able to see a precog, and say NO I dont accpet that (if you dont) and it wont occur--at least not with you in it as orginally planned.  It may still happen, but with you removed or... you may agree.  Yes you can always send back curses  x 3. That is called the three fold law. So that means the good done unto me, is also projected back x3. To send it back its a thought process as is any outcome.  So if you realize that someone has sent negative energy unto you -- say you run across a memory or thought from them in your head you can just project it back as a energy--see it going, or feel it going back to them. They are responsible for their feelings, as are we all of course - and their actions. I just send back to them what they are dumping into me. Why should I have to work through a bunch of negativity - that society is dumping on me, just cuz I dont know how to block it, I mean that is a lesson - but still things are sent with purpose.  It is sometimes painful to really look at the big picture to see why someone would be doing something.  Sometimes that realization is not what they appear to be consciously or outwardly and yet its reality.  Its information and desiring it to be sing-song and something its not is Not reality.... hard lesson.  Whatever we focus on we empower... its not MINE.  Yet we can hold energy in fat cells they are the cells that hold energy as a storage.  So I was a psychic who was not able to block out signals, so I held them all.  Needless to say I have been a dumping ground for years.  Now I'm trying to release all that is not my own... so I may retain health.

Stimulation overload--that and an imprint from a parent.. was the outcome on how I decided to deal with the societal energy.  I didn't know what to do with to get us all confused by varying signals,.. overwhelmed perhaps even so that we will stay stuck and fullfill what it is that society deams is our role in their game.
