Each day i'll post 3 countdown style questions for you to solve.
the numbers game
using only the 6 numbers at the top, add, subtract, multiply and divide, to reach the number below. you can only use each number once.
example:
10.....5.....8.......2......3......4
and the number you must reach
512
the answer:
10x5=50
2+8=10
10x50=500
3x4=12
500+12=512
unscramble the word
re-arrange the letters to find the hidden word.
example:
X O N E A R I A
answer:
ANOREXIA
longest word
using the 9 letters below, make up the longest word you can. only use each letter once.
example:
R O G O D E A N S
words you could have made:
GOOSE (5 letters)
SANDER (6 letters)
GROANS (6 letters)
and the longest word
GOOSANDER (9 letters)
