I was just thinkin' "WHAT in the world am I gonna do w/ALL my PP receipts that I just ordered last month???" I ordered them B4 any announcement was made on this new Return Policy. (You DID know that the new receipts WON'T have a CS return addy on the backsides of them anymore???)
Throw them all away??? (4 me that'll be like 175 PP receipt sheets!!!

)
If anyone knows me I HATE to throw good stuff out!! ESPECIALLY when I've PAID FOR THEM!!!
Sooooooo.....
I put my thinking cap on....& came up with what I thought was brilliant lil idea!!

Just put an Avery label (the 5160 layout...30 to a sheet) over the return addy on the backside with a phrase like "YOU MUST CALL THE NUMBER BELOW TO GET A MANDITORY REFERENCE # WHEN RETURNING ANY ITEM."
OR how about...
"YOU MUST CALL EITHER THE NUMBER BELOW OR YOUR KITCHEN CONSULTANT TO GET A MANDITORY REFERENCE # WHEN RETURNING ANY ITEM."
Lookin' at the upside of this, if they have to call you, then that's a PLUS in your direction. I mean how many times have we attempted to do some Past Customer follow up just to find out that they've either moved, had a change of email addy, phone #, or just plain don't have any other info on them other than their FIRST NAME!!
I can't tell you how frustrating that's been over my 5 years in PC when my hostesses can't or won't provide additional info like addies & phone #'s on her outside orders or especially w/my Cattie Hostesses!! I telll them that I need their info to fill out their receipts & STILL get nothing in return. I tell you, I think that's a policy I'm REALLY gonna try to change this new season!!
Anyhoot, getting back to the upside of THEM getting in touch w/YOU.... I really think this will work!! B/c now you have an "open door" to ask them if they'd be interested in knowing about Guest Specials, Host benefits, & even biz opps if the opp presents itself. Heck at least you'd be able to ask them for their email addy & give them yours as well as letting them know about YOUR PC.biz website, right???
Just my thoughts for whatever they're worth,
Marian
