CHOCHOLATE PIE
2 CUPS... Evaporated Milk
2 CUPS.... Sugar
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
2 TBL SPNS. All Purpose Flour
2 or 3 TBL SPNS. Cocoa (depends on how chocolatey you like it!)
1/4 CUPS. Butter (1/2 stick)
1 CUPS. Chopped Pecans
1 CUPS. Shredded Coconut
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix well then pour into one 10 inch pie crust or two 8 inch pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees until set in the middle (about 30 minutes.) Cool ALL THE WAY COOL...NO TASTE TESTS!
