WATER AND FIRE CIRCUIT 1) Breath in and from the perineum return the Chi to the Yin Yang. 2) Breath out, lead Chi back to the perineum via frontal line, don't forget about the tongue. 3) Breath in, but now visualise the Chi entering the base of the spine and lead it up to the Ta Chui, or the C7. that is the large vertebrae at the base of the neck. 4) Breath out and visualise the Chi moving to the throat and then back down to the Hui Yin (Perineum) under the rib cage, repeat once. This Fire Water circulation should not be done at times of Menstruation. 5) Breath in and after the two circuits, return the Chi to the lower Dan Tien and return palms to cover the lower Dan Tien area and focus the breathe there. To stabilise the Chi in the lower Dan Tien is important, this is where the alchemy of transformation starts in this system, so here is a very simple breathing set to be used in completion of the exercise. Breath in for a count of 5, then exhale for a count of 9, then in for 5, then out for a count of 8, continue till you have got down to breathing in for 5 and out for 5, this will gather the Chi and stabilise it.
