HEALING

Healing is a term which indicates the repair of tissue, sinew, blood vessels, organs, bone etc, chemical, hormonal imbalances.......anything that impairs the correct function of the mind and body.  There are a great many methods that promote healing.  Conventional medicine and surgery play the greatest roles with the greatest positive effects.  However now, people are also turning to what is called Complementary medicine, which is the Holistic approach that works in conjunction with conventional methods, but has also proven successful in its own right.  Holistic Therapies include, Accupuncture, Hypnotherapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Accupressure, Spiritual Healing etc.  There are many Holistic combinations, designed for most complaints, apart from the radical ones that require surgery or specialized drugs and treatments.  Healing in the overall Holistic sense relies upon nature and the internal and external energies.  How this healing is administered depends on the training of the Therapists, and with Spiritual Healing their belief in the existence of the non-physical conscious energy life-force.  The body or matter comprises of molecules of energy, the brain is a vast network of neurons and all is energy.  There are specific parts of the body that have their own energy points.  To a person unfamiliar with the workings of these energies this would seem bizarre, however as people increase and expand their conscious understanding of such things, they become more aware that there are many things that lie beyond the physical and material sense of comprehension.  Sceptics need proof, as it is natural for most people, to have the majority of things explained in a logical rational sense.   'Hands on healing'  uses the energies that are around us and requires someone to act as a vessel or tunnel which this energy channels through, it is then harnessed within  and then delivered via the hands into the flesh of the person or is used in what is called Auric Energy Field balancing.  The principle behind it is the exchange of energies, replacing very gradually any deficiencies and promoting re-generation.  This energy resonates at a high frequency and the vibrations can be sensed externally and felt within the bodies of the healer and the patient.  To hone the ability to heal takes time, as the healer has to fine tune the mind and body to accomodate this energy, which can and does at times create physical discomfort and sensations as the 'fuse' needed to channel this energy, strengthens.  Many people use different practices to provide this exchange of energies and there are a variety of rituals that are used to invoke the greatest of requirements.  However, despite all the belief structures as to how it should be performed, the most important thing is that it is for the greatest of good and all should respect every way that is used to bring to others the benefits.
