Solitude needs not company
Misery needs not friend
Sadness yearns not joy
Beginnings crave an end.
Beauty knows no boundaries,
Hate it has no Love,
Man he needs no reason
Until he findeth God.
I saw an Ivory Tower
On this I gazed upon
A spectacle when first beheld
One minute, then ‘twas gone.
I saw a crowd of Angels
In mind a lucid sight,
And watched and saw an endless stream
As they set off in flight.
Only when in honesty
I asked myself in truth
"Are the things that I do see
To show that I have proof",
Some see this Ivory Tower
Just before their end,
And feel ‘tis final hour,
But know they will ascend.
