Crystals

Crystals have long been used in the practice of healing, meditation and Chakra balancing.  Crystals are used to clear blocked energy pathways in the human body.

Crystals have various vibrating speeds and so can be used to bring the body back to the correct resonance to be left with a better sense of wellbeing, peace and tranquility.   They are also known as birthstones as certain crystals relate to the time when a person is born*.

I have a collection of crystals which mean the world to me.  I usually like to have them placed around my living space - especially near to windows to allow the light and sun to flow through them and surround me with positive energy.

I take care of my cyrstals by simply soaking them in warm water for a while, however I have heard that adding rock salt to water and letting the crystals stand for 24 hours is a good preparation if you intend on using them for healing purposes.  I have used mine for helping with headaches and stomach pains and for helping me with deep meditation.
