The Museum of Worcester Porcelain

Amanda Savage, the lady who works here called Derek and the team to investigate. When she worked late in the evenings she would hear footsteps, look-up and no-one was there. One night she working late and she heard the lift return to the 1st floor - however she said that the only way for that to happen is if someone is in the lift and there was no-one in it. Needless to say it frightend the life out of her. As Derek walked around the place Rody asked her which spots would she say were the "hot spots" - these were the north stairs and the 20th Century Gallery.

Derek picked up on an active spirit man as the temperature dropped. He said the man was a short man about 5'5 and what he would describe as short tempered. Derek said this man would follow Sandra around intently - a fact that scared her!

Derek also saw an outline of a male who he said was called Benjamin.  Derek walked around calling out to him. He described him further as appearing to be "bent over" - hunched. Derek said the person that was following Sandra was William Lee. Derek asked Mylene and Sandra to go off to another part just them and to hold hands and to call out to him and see what happened. As they did this, Mylene commented on just how cold it had become - both women had goosebumps all over their legs.

As the team moved to the north stairs Derek heard a voice say "go away" - 3 times in a raised and bitter tone. Derek wanted to venture to the bottom of the stairs alone to test the water. Derek described the swirling energies around this area and said he could pick up a strong dislike for the lift. Next Derek started channelling - it just started happening. Rodry asked questions about why the spirit didn't like the lift? Derek spoke in angry tones "they didnt take notice of the plans!!" Next Derek seems to be gasping and holding his chest and asking out for someone called Henry to pass him his tablets...as Derek appeared to be in discomfort still channelling this spirit his assistant came forward and brought Derek out of that state as he has been trained to do so. Derek took a few moments to recover before going back to clear the energies of this man and the other spirits from the museum. Derek didnt prevent the spirits from visiting, but just stopped them following Amanda around so she could work in peace in the future. At the end Amanda felt more relaxed although she had been frightened by Derek when he had been channelling the spirit man.

Richard Jones - Historian on the show said there were records found of a William Lee who was an apprentice to a William Kerr on 18th April 1860.  Derek also picked up on the spirit man called Benjamin. Richard found a record of a Benjamin Crane who was a partner in the business from 1808 to 1814.

Classic Cuts Hairdressers

Hairdresser Ceilidh Wishart called on Derek and the team as she had been scared working at the hair dressers. She always got the feeling of being watched and also her scissors would always go missing when she was cutting peoples hair. She had also seen dark shadows moving by the staircase.

Derek straight away picked up on a spirit man of faith and prayer - a monk. Derek said his energies were moving around all over the place more than ever, he said he was a grounded spirit who had not moved on. Derek said that he appeared to have been wheeling and dealing and the end result was that someone tried to harm him because of this. Derek asked if they could all go to the back of the building as this is where he beleived it happened, so they all went out to the back yard. As they stepped outside Derek said this man had been attacked by a group of Roundheads - he had promised them something that he did not deliver. They had thrown something into his face, a powder, which had burnt his eyes and face. Derek explained that as he was on the ground writing in pain the men then suffocated him and killed him. Derek felt drawn to the upper building - the upstairs salon. At one point Derek said he had seen a shape, a head developing. Derek came up with the name Francis.  As they stood there Derek felt something stroking his cheek and then Derek began to channel. The man was in distress moaning "my eyes, my eyes"...Rodry asked what happened..at this point a sound anomoly was caught on tape that couldnt be explained... Rodry continued to ask Derek what did u deliver?? The reply was "my cases!! No payment there - so I would not give them". Derek then collapsed and was brought back around by his assistant. Afterwards he arranged for the spirit man to be taken from the atmosphere.

The Historian on the show said it wasnt strange that Derek had picked up on a monk called Francis as the shop was situated on Friars Gate which had been home to the order of the Franciscan Monks.

Derek doesnt have prior knowledge of the history of any of the places that he visits.

The Pen Connection

Andy Cole had experienced strange things in the shop where he works. As he is stood behind the counter he always feels like he is being watched and when he moves about the shop he feels like he is being followed. Once when he had come to work he went in to find all the clocks were on the floor, the times were all out. He put them all back and re-did the timings. About an hour later when he and his boss returned they found the clocks back on the floor with the timings all wrong. He had also seen a figure moving behind frosted glass, when he investigated there was nothing there so he left the room and shut the door, soon as he closed it he heard two loud bangs on the otherside of the door. Hotspots of the building are the back of shop both up and downstairs.

Derek picked up on 3 energies, one of a young lady and two other energies. He felt that the 2 energies were stuck together whilst the lady was separate although he felt they were around the same time frame.

The lady, he felt had been slaine, murdered. He said she was fearful and appeared to be running from the other two spirits and that her movements of this, were being repeated constantly over and over. Derek then picked up on sacrifices, devil worship and the black arts. It then became clear to him that the other two spirits had murdered this young lady in the most awful way. The lady, who he said was called Christina had been cut up and body parts taken by these two.

As he called out to them to come forward and to come close, a loud noise can be heard, it sounded like a deep growly sigh. Derek then got names for them, Richard and Emily. Derek said he didnt think it would be a good idea to let the male energy in particular  through but before he could stop it- the energy came through Derek. Derek kept repeating "you dont know, you dont know, you dont know evil!" Mylene asked what did he want and why did he kill that young girl - the replies given were "the need, my need for blood"...When asked why did he kill her, he replied "she knows". As Mylene repeated the questions asking why did he continue to chase the lady around Derek muttered expletives.!  As Dereks assistant stepped in he brought Derek back. Next they cleansed the atmosphere of the two spirits and then arranged for the young lady to be collected so she could rest in peace.

Doorstep Div

This is where Derek and Mylene drive around until Derek feels pulled to a certain house. They go to the house Derek chooses and ask if they can come in for Derek to tell them more.

On this occassion the lady of the house let them come in. Derek said she had 2 children and that one of them was psychic - the elder one. Derek said he picked up on one of them having some type of learning difficulty and how the older one had been brought in to help the younger one. Next he spoke of a man and woman. He said a man named John came in visitation moreso since she had her 2 children. He said that John sends his love.  Next they went up to her bedroom and Derek said there was a lady there talking about a scar - he asked the lady of the house, do you have a scar on your leg and she said yes she did. He said the name Mary and she said it was her godmother to whom she had been very close. She said she felt comforted to know they visited her.

Facts, the lady did have 2 sons - there was no way Derek could have known this, her youngest was deaf and so her elder son would help him and interpret for him. John was her grandfather and she always knew he was close by her.
