Ok this is what is has happened to us for as long as I can remember. First off, the house was built in 1880 as we have just found out, for as long as I can remember we had always thought that it was built in 1915, thus the age of the house does make a difference because of everything that was going on and the ghost that we were seeing. I do believe also that the land is some sour as they say as there was a lot of blood shed in the area from the Native Americans to the Civil War. The house it's self is an old farm house and it does have it's creaks and groans from just being old. The walk through the house the first time was scary to me as I could feel something in the air and I knew some how that some one had died in the home. Come to find out later that my feelings were true as the previous owners mother had died in the bathroom when she fell and hit her head and died. While we were working on the house (restoring it) I heard several times people walking on the stairs (up and down). I heard it but at the time didn't believe in things as that. My children were small at the time and we had a horrible time trying to get them up stairs to go to bed as they heard things whispering, saw a small girl in the hall way foyer, lights being turned off and on. They would tell me about it and I was telling them that it was nothing at the time not really knowing. My sisters came down from out of town and were in the kitchen that morning and something took and pushed my sister in the small of her back and shoved her. She was holding my son at the time and almost dropped him. I still at the time didn't want to believe that activity was going on, I didn't have the (sixth sense). My sister and I were coming back from mass and I had groceries in the trunck of the car. I lifted the trunk lid up, something took the lid and slammed it down on the back of my head, giving me a bad concussion that sent me to the hospital. A couple of weeks later I started to have things happen like smell, being able to see things---well I was scared to death thus I started to feel bad because I never believed the children. What really got to me though was when my oldest daughter was in taking a shower and came out sreaming that something had written on her leg--it was an actual etching on her leg---written backwards --HELP ME MARY. My sister and I had to get a mirror and try to figure out what it said. From that point on I decided to find out what or who was doing this. My middle daughter started to have nightmares every night. She would wake up sreaming saying that she saw an old women a man a young women and others. My daughter was only 8 at the time and she then became increasingly depressed. We have had religious articals broken, thrown from the wall, whispering, laughing, talking, doors opening & closing, lights blinking off and on, things being thrown at my oldest daughter and the list goes on. I have personally been scratched an my arm and leg. It has been no picnic and my husband for years said that this house is for him and he was going to live here until he dies. Well since we have LIVED here---we have had a total of 3 other people die in this house--my great aunt and uncle and just this past August my step mother who was 56 yrs, just dropped dead in the back bathroom! I am now in the process of moving to the other end of the state and am going to have a shaman bless the property and house that we move into. These are just a few of the things that have happened to use while living here so I have had it investigated to seperate times and we many that walk in the house. We have had many people that have come into the home wittness things that I have documented, thus that is why I am writing a book about the activity in and around the home. I have been on a journey for some time now and have learned how to keep from what ever is in the home from gaining energy although I probably have bought out the light bulb company by now--lol. I know that some of this may sound scary to some and it may sound to bizzare to others, but any one that has lived in a really true haunted house can say Yep--I have been there! Celtic |

Hiya Celtic - hope you have a lovely weekend. I am speechless I really am - I guess I am completely astounded at the sheer amount of incidents and continued phenomena you have experienced in your home - I will be first in the queue to read your book I can promise you that! Just from you giving us a glimpse into what you have gone through has made me think, god what alot for a family to go through - because it really does sound horrendous some of things you mentioned, well downright frightening really. You said your children didnt like going to bed at night - was it the same for you?As night time is the worst. Did the incidents occur at all times of the day (day andnight)?. I imagine that I personally could not have stuck it out for very long especially being alone in a house that haunted. How did you cope with that?? My mind is boggling! Did you ever become used to it? Did you ever experience days when nothing happened when you just had peace from it?? Did you ever tell the "spirits" to leave the house and if so what happened? I only ask as I have seen things on tv when people have tried it and it hasnt worked or else it had made things worse. Sorry for all the questions lol. Spirit, Thanks and I hope you had a nice week end also. I guess when you tell others about what you have been through or I read back in my 4 notebooks full of activity it does seem like alot but some how I guess after a while you get use to it unless they do something like lift the chair up with you sitting in it and bounce it up and down a couple of times. (happened to me once in the chair and one time on a bed I was sitting on, also happened to my brother 3 times in a chair and once to a friend of his). It makes me angry and I start to yell into thin air and then tell it to leave as I have GOD on my side! It will stop and I guess leave to another part of the house. I have tried to have the house Blessed and also used white candles and sage in the four corners of the windows to keep them from coming back into the house. Salt is also good for this, and also with us getting ready to move, the activity has picked back up and increased alot. I think that the entity that is in the home is a very angry depressed male figure who doesn't like women all that much as he doesn't mess much with my husband and son but he will attack a women that comes into the house. I have counted 5 entities in our home and more that seem to come in and out of the home, through the walls, doors as I have caught them on the web cam. The one's in our home is a little boy, who I have contacted age 5 or 6 years of age with blonde hair and blue eyes and I have caught him going up the stair well. He is lost and said that he can't leave because of the old women. The old women who died in the home here, she isn't too nice either, a young women, I think that she was a school teacher, a little girl with a teddy bear that she holds and then the MEAN one. Most of the activity occurs at night although it does occur during the day and I have even had one walk through me while I was dusting the furniture during the day---that I Will never forget as it scared me and afterwards I felt so depressed and had no energy. I think that there is a portal in the living room as that seems to be a place for alot of activity and have pictures that I took that showed swirling and they were just all going up into the ceiling. I thought at one point that I was going out of my mind but I wasn't the only one that this was happening to and I really had to stay strong for my children as they need me so I went on a quest to help others that had problems in there home as I was shocked at the time there wasn't any place that I knew of to help people like me, but that is another story. I am just happy to be moving and to finally get some peace in my life and get my family back as this really has taken a toll on all of us! |

Blimey Spirit Your story is utterly amazing to me, even though i've heard many stories and read alot about people having ghosts in their homes etc etc, but the sheer amount thats happened in your home is really astonishing. I guess youve just had to survive it and cope with it as best you can, as you say,for your children. I cant imagine ever getting used to that much activity, i'd say you are a very strong person . What would you say to people that say that spirits and ghosts cant physically harm you as of course you know from experience they can make things happen or hit out at you.
