From what I gather, your supervisor's marriage is not problem #1, but the fact that she is not saved.  It will do no good to condemn the use of rings because of course, she is not going to understand because she is not saved.  I have a very close friend myself who is also getting married in less than a year, but the path to her heart is not through these truths that we know - she would only see them as more regulations. When seeking salvation for someone, it is not so much about how many things they are doing wrong, but that they need to know Jesus for who he is and what he did for us. It isn't my job to fix everything that my friend is doing wrong in her life. What is my job is to show her the love and forgiveness of Jesus.

They have not gotten saved or married yet.  I am praying for their salvation.  Without that, it doesn't matter whether or not they have a marriage license. 

Agreed. Not all marriage is sanctified, or honorable either.

 

 Hopefully they will not need to learn this the hard way.
