Dear [recipient name was inserted here],
Please support the removal of Section 413 of the Comprehensive Immigration and Reform Act of 2007 (included in S. Amdt. 1150 to S. 1348) by excluding the amendment from the bill entirely. Section 413 supports the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), an agenda backed by President Bush that would "boost" the Mexican economy by filtering U.S. funds into Mexico.
Additionally, the SPP would further merge the United States into a trilateral agreement with Canada and Mexico, commonly termed the North American Union (NAU). I urge you to oppose any legislation that would support the SPP or the NAU.
I would like to know where you stand on this issue, and if you intend to introduce or support an amendment that would remove Section 413 from the final text of the immigration bill.
  Sincerely,

  Fred R Davis 803-324-0445
